Gregory has over 30 years of experience in hospitality and other corporate Industries. He served in senior Management roles in the Operations, Sales, Catering, and Event Services in properties such as The Ritz-Carlton, LLC, JW Marriott, The Peninsula Hotel, Kimpton Group, Wolfgang Puck Catering, and the InterContinental Hotel Group.
As General Manager/Director of Operations, Gregory oversaw all aspects of operations, sales, marketing, and large-scale luxury red carpet and pre- and post-film and TV Production Events. Greg successfully transformed operations, including all food and beverage outlets, and organized catering events, as well as managed all service aspects of the newly contracted Wolfgang Puck catering Management at NBCUniversal Media Studios.
Gregory served as Chief Operations Officer at the Cashmere Hotel Group, providing CEOs and private hotel investors, as well as new property start-ups and development partners, with hospitality foundation, building, implementation, and management services through this Palm Desert-based international hotel and wellness development firm.
