Bill Scanlon

Bill Scanlon founded SSP in 2007 with more than 25 years in sales and marketing leadership and corporate roles for the hospitality industry and a well-honed point of view for achieving success. A what-you-see-is-what-you-get leader, Bill joins each client as a partner, channeling the individual attitudes and culture of each company while remaining true to his own vision. A part of the team, but Bill is the one who steps back a bit to process every bit of information that comes his way. The result… an understated, yet highly realized and powerful plan of action focused on success in every sense of the word.
Bill began his career in the hospitality industry with Marriott and spent 20 years culminating with a role as Vice-President Caribbean, Central and South Americas. Following, his tenure as Senior Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at HEI Hotels and Resorts he joined Wyndham Worldwide as their Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.

Jacqueline Villamil knows what it takes to get business done in the hospitality industry. Efficiently, creatively and expediently, no matter the property’s culture or location, she creates powerful teams from strong individuals, and inspires them to work toward a common goal. Completely bi-lingual and bi-cultural, Jacqueline leads the operation that follows the vision of the company.
As the COO for SSP, Jacqueline’s depth of experience leading teams, managing projects and implementing strategic sales and marketing solutions at top-tier properties in the U.S. and Latin America is an undeniable advantage.

BOB HOLLAND

Bob Holland believes the foundation of success begins with building relationships based on mutual respect and trust, and delivering results through aligned, unified goals. With a proven track record of creating enthusiastic and cohesive teams, Bob brings over 40 years of diverse hospitality experience to SSP, heading up the Operations Discipline business unit. He is known as a creative and strategic leader who thrives in challenging environments. He has established a solid history of producing substantive financial improvements at both the revenue and profit levels, with an unyielding emphasis on improving customer experience and increasing associate engagement.
Among Bob’s significant accomplishments are overseeing the hurricane restoration, rebranding, and re-launching the Resort at Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas; tenure as VP Human Resources at Interstate Hotels; and successfully overseeing more than 150 global hotel openings as VP Openings for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts including directing the renovation and rebranding of the group’s Grand Chicago Riverfront Hotel.

Suzanne Swafford
Associate Partner, Revenue Optimization

Suzanne Swafford is a leader with a reputation for collaboratively creating the right plans across multiple departments, putting in place the right processes, and working to the highest priorities of the organization where Sales and Revenue Optimization strategy and execution is the focus for growth, expansion and ultimately the organization’s financial health. As the Senior Director of Revenue Management with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Suzanne worked with full-service properties, asset management companies and ownership groups, and led the openings of five newly built resorts, two full brand integrations, and over 75 brand conversions.
An understanding of not only analytics, but how to apply them to strategies and tactics to achieve desired results, Suzanne’s portfolio of 32 hotels, boasted a 10-year average annual total revenue growth of 10%. By providing insightful strategy focused on revenue per unit both used and unused, unit to space ratios for optimum performance, and ancillary revenue capture by ensuring each segment, distribution channel, and ancillary revenue source are set to perform to the maximum potential, Suzanne is able to capture opportunities and grow revenue streams while creating customer value enhancement guaranteeing ongoing success for her clients.
