Bio
Vikram began his hospitality career with Four Seasons Hotels, spending ten years across five properties in Boston, Toronto, Santa Barbara, Hawaii, and Carlsbad, and contributing to the openings of Four Seasons Resort Aviara and Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. He then joined The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua as Hotel Manager before serving as opening General Manager for The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island and The Grand Del Mar, both Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond resorts.
In 2008, after leaving The Grand Del Mar, Vikram launched his advisory firm supporting owners, developers, and senior leaders with new builds, transitions, and strategic planning, expanding his work beyond hotels into luxury residences and health care. His advisory engagements include The Ranch at Laguna Beach, The Kimpton Sawyer, Terranea Resort, The Ranch at Rock Creek, The Private Suites at LAX, The Washington School House, Landmark Residences, and private estates in Punta Mita and Tuscany.
Vikram also served five years as VP of Operations for Hostmark Hospitality Group, overseeing ten branded and independent hotels, including historic properties such as the El Cordova in Coronado and the Lafayette in North Park. Most recently, he joined the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe as Managing Director to support the property’s relaunch ahead of its 100th anniversary.
