Richard Richter has expertise in hospitality operations and facilities & engineering management, including budgeting, process flow, quality controls, preventive maintenance, and Six Sigma. As a regional facilities director, Richard was responsible for nine properties for the Kimpton Hotel Chain. He ran and managed facilities at multiple locations and supervised new facility openings and buildouts, renovations, and expansion projects for significant hospitality companies, including Starwood and Marriott. As a director of facilities at the Eau Palm Beach Resort, Richard executed five-star standards. He was directly involved in ensuring the retention of the Forbes Five Star Award for the property.
Richard has over three decades of experience in management, training, and developing multiple staff positions.
Richard is a United States Navy Veteran and a member of the American Legion. He lives in Jupiter, Florida, and enjoys travel, American History, and volunteering for various causes.
