Bio
Carlos is an accomplished senior executive with over twenty years of operations management experience who has held progressive leadership positions in the hospitality industry. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his ability to bring strategic focus, knowledge, and guidance to complex business initiatives.
He has a strong record of achievement in both industry and consulting environments and is well respected for his ability to affect positive organizational process changes that provide substantial returns on investments.
Currently, Carlos is serving as general consultant for Global Exposure Corporation; a consulting company providing advisory services to the restaurant, hotel, Club-lounge, and food and beverage market segments of the hospitality industry, and holds a high portfolio of retail clients and accounts in Business and Industry for which he is successfully performing turnarounds for non-performing assets.
Previously, Carlos held various management positions with Urth Caffe Corporation, Auberge Resorts / Piatti Restaurant Company, American Restaurant Group / Spectrum Foods, and Italres, Inc. / Bice.
Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business and Management, and attended Instituto Perito Moreno, Buenos Aires, Argentina focusing in Hotel Management and Tourism. He also attended The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, China, China Business Program, and is presently attending the graduate program Stanford Advanced Project Management at Stanford University, Palo Alto, California. Carlos is a member of the California Receivers Forum.
