Anton Khabibov is a hospitality finance executive with deep expertise in financial operations, corporate accounting, and systems transformation. He has led hotel ownership groups, management companies, and hospitality start-ups through ERP implementations, budgeting and forecasting rollouts, balance sheet clean-ups, and the development of internal audit and governance programs.
Known for his ability to streamline processes and build scalable infrastructures, Anton partners with executive teams to drive accuracy, compliance, and sustainable profitability.
Most recently, Anton served as Corporate Director of Finance for L+R Hotels, where he oversaw finance operations for a private equity portfolio of 40+ hospitality and mixed-use assets across the U.S. and Caribbean. His prior leadership roles with Aimbridge Hospitality, Selina Hotels, Arlo Hotels, Starwood, and Marriott reflect his track record of delivering financial stability, operational transparency, and improved NOI across complex, multi-entity hospitality platforms.
